Victoria Dickerson

Marketing & Events Director, Startup Junkie Foundation

A Northwest Arkansas native, Victoria Dickerson serves the Startup Junkie Foundation as the Marketing and Events Coordinator. Joining the team in 2022, she is responsible for planning, promoting, and executing the events and opportunities available to entrepreneurs in the Northwest Arkansas region. Victoria previously worked with Camp War Eagle, a summer camp in Rogers, Arkansas, as their Creative Director. During her time with Camp War Eagle, Victoria created and implemented brand strategy across the organization, as well as serving as the chief content creator for both digital and print productions. She brings with her a vast understanding of social media strategy and advertising, photography, and videography. Victoria has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Arkansas, where she focused in Persuasion and Social Media Marketing. She is a mentor for EforAll (Entrepreneurship for All) and is passionate about the multitude of opportunities in Northwest Arkansas and serving local entrepreneurs as they aim to grow the local economy.
