The Northwest Arkansas Startup Crawl will return to downtown Fayetteville on Friday, Sept. 13. The third annual festival honoring the region’s budding entrepreneurial community will once again bring together startups, live music and locally brewed beer.
“We’re excited to bring together some of Northwest Arkansas’ most innovative startups to one, central location where the community can learn from and engage with founders in a fun environment,” said Caleb Talley, director of marketing and events for Startup Junkie.
The event, put on by Startup Junkie and local sponsors, will kick off at the Arkansas Research and Technology Park at 4 p.m., on Sept. 13 and will feature a number of companies that call the Park home. A band will perform outside, and local beer will be served to paid attendees.
The festivities will then move to the downtown Fayetteville square, where a number of crawl stops will be located. Each stop will be paired with a local brewery. The crawl will lead attendees to the Pryor Center at 1 East Center Street, where dozens of Arkansas-based startups will be set up to meet and greet with all those in attendance.
In addition to the opportunity to meet with some of the region’s most exciting startup founders, attendees will be treated to live musical performances and a beer garden located on the Fayetteville square.
More information regarding stops, startups, music and more will be released later this summer. Anyone interested in sponsoring, serving as a stop on the crawl or featuring a startup at the Startup Crawl mega-location, email caleb@startupjunkie.org.
