Meet with Daniel

Daniel Koonce serves Startup Junkie Foundation as Director of Community Events & Partnerships. He joined the team in 2024 as a senior intern, where he wore several hats: helping with marketing for the FUEL accelerator program, hosting podcasts, networking with small business owners & entrepreneurs, and leading our biggest event of the year, Startup Crawl. Daniel graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation where he gained experience in marketing, strategy, and entrepreneurship by working with several different small businesses and programs. He continued his journey at Startup Junkie after graduating where he now builds and fosters strategic partnerships, plans and curates events, and operates as the lead organizer at 1 Million Cups – Bentonville. Daniel will also serve as a mentor to the University of Arkansas’s new Student Business Incubator Program.
