Caleb Talley
Executive Director, Startup Junkie Foundation
Caleb Talley serves as Executive Director of the Startup Junkie Foundation, where he leads strategic efforts to empower entrepreneurs and grow innovation-driven ecosystems across Arkansas and beyond. Since joining the team in 2019, Caleb has helped scale the Foundation’s impact through initiatives like the Fuel Accelerator and OzarkSpark, supporting both small businesses and scalable ventures with no-cost consulting, access to capital, and entrepreneurial programming.
A graduate of the University of Arkansas with degrees in journalism and political science, Caleb began his career as a reporter, photographer, and opinion editor at the Times-Herald in Forrest City, earning national recognition and multiple Associated Press awards for hard news reporting and photography. He later served as editor of AY Magazine and helped launch Arkansas Money & Politics from a blog into a statewide monthly publication.
Caleb is deeply committed to community development and has served on various civic boards, including Fayetteville’s PEG Board, where he helped produce local entrepreneurial programming for public television. His work continues to focus on inclusive regional economic growth through entrepreneurship.
