Ericka is a dynamic operations and program leader with a strong background in entrepreneurship support, ecosystem building, and bilingual business consulting. With experience in coaching early-stage founders, developing business strategies, and designing inclusive programs for rural and underserved communities, she’s passionate about creating equitable access to resources and opportunities. A 2021 Arkansas Business 20 in their 20s honoree, Ericka brings energy, insight, and a people-first approach to her work.

For the past several years, Ericka has served startups, small businesses, and entrepreneurs across Central Arkansas through program leadership, bilingual consulting, and ecosystem development. At Conductor, she advanced from Program Manager to Director of Operations, leading initiatives such as the 10X Growth Accelerator and the Healthcare Innovation Sprint, while building programs tailored to rural and underserved communities. Beyond Conductor, Ericka coached high‑school entrepreneurs through Ignite Professional Studies, weaving lean startup methodologies into mentorship and pitch readiness. Earlier stints include roles in recruitment, diversity and community outreach, and admissions at the University of Central Arkansas, all of which have grounded her passion for inclusive, impact-driven work.
