UPDATE: EMPOWER Accelerator Seeks Applications through 12/22

Applications have been extended to December 22nd for EMPOWER, a 16-week accelerator for women, transwomen, and non-binary people in STEM in Arkansas that have an innovation that they would like to explore ways to bring their idea and/or research to market through accessing non-dilutive federal funding.

Over the course of the program, accepted applicants will learn about topics that focus on the impact of their innovation, commercialization strategies, and technical milestones that need to be achieved in order to bring their innovation to market during weekly webinar sessions. They will also be paired with industry mentors and technology mentors to help them apply their learnings during the weekly sessions to their innovation.

During this time, we encourage applicants to schedule a 20-minute meeting with the EMPOWER team so that we can get to know you better as well as answer any questions that you may about the accelerator.

Applicants are encouraged to either complete the application or video record themselves answering the questions on their phone.
