Fuel to Empower 8 Startups Driving Innovation in Healthcare Statewide

Bentonville, AR | The Fuel Accelerator, a flagship program of Startup Junkie Foundation and a leading innovation hub for emerging technologies, is excited to announce the launch of its fourth HealthTech cohort. The cohort brings together eight high potential ventures from across the country, each with cutting-edge solutions designed to address some of the most pressing challenges in the healthcare landscape. The official kick off will take place in Bentonville on March 10, 2026 at the Fly OZ Lounge at Thaden Field.

The launch marks the first cohort of 2026 and further exemplifies Fuel’s mission to deliver impactful, innovative solutions within the healthcare industry. With the strategic support of the rapidly evolving health ecosystem in Northwest Arkansas, Fuel is uniquely positioned to provide these startups with the curriculum, capital, and connection needed to transform the healthcare experience. Since its inception in 2018, Fuel has successfully matched over ninety portfolio companies with key enterprise partners to accelerate the adoption of tangible technology solutions.

The Fuel team is proud to introduce the following eight startups to Northwest Arkansas from March to May. The companies included in this year’s Fuel Accelerator, along with location of operation:

This year, Fuel expands its reach beyond Northwest Arkansas for the first time with a dedicated week in Little Rock, to deepen the cohort companies’ roots across the Natural State’s healthcare leaders, institutions, and economic development partners.

“There has never been a better time for supporting health technologies in Arkansas than now,” says director Grace Gill. “We are thrilled to host founders from around the globe and show them the hard work Arkansas is putting forth to healthcare transformation and anticipate these technologies to compound the innovative work from organizations in NWA and across the state.”

The participating startups offer transformative solutions spanning revenue cycle automation, employer-sponsored care navigation, virtual care access, AI-powered clinical intelligence, voice-based health monitoring, compliance and quality management, and workforce hiring in healthcare. The cohort reflects a strong emphasis on AI-driven tools addressing both clinical and operational challenges across the healthcare system.

One of Startup Junkie’s many efforts to improve lives and drive economic outcomes across Northwest Arkansas, Fuel continues to grow with the addition of McDaniels, a healthcare executive and CEO of Prosper Med who led the launch of Arkansas Children’s Northwest as the region’s first pediatric hospital and brings deep expertise mentoring health tech founders on scaling and growth strategy.
