Florence Meadors, a southern Arkansas native, serves as Program Manager of the Lithium Regional Innovation Cluster (LRIC), where she leads initiatives to drive innovation and sustainable growth within the lithium industry. Before joining LRIC, Florence worked as a business consultant with the Southern Arkansas University ASBTDC, helping entrepreneurs and small businesses achieve success. Prior to that, she served as a community and economic developer for the local planning district, focusing on securing grant funding and supporting municipalities throughout the region.<\/p>\n
A graduate of Southern Arkansas University, Florence holds an MBA with a focus on Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Business. In 2024, she was nationally recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 by America\u2019s SBDC, highlighting her outstanding contributions to small business development and economic growth.<\/p>\n
