Joining the team in 2022, she is responsible for planning, promoting, and executing the events and opportunities available to entrepreneurs in the Northwest Arkansas region. Victoria previously worked with Camp War Eagle, a summer camp in Rogers, Arkansas, as their Creative Director. During her time with Camp War Eagle, Victoria created and implemented brand strategy across the organization, as well as serving as the chief content creator for both digital and print productions. She brings with her a vast understanding of social media strategy and advertising, photography, and videography. Victoria has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Arkansas, where she focused in Persuasion and Social Media Marketing.
